Here's a chance to get your hands dirty on and set your creative juices flowing. Using the link below, you can download the basic net and set of instructions to create your very own V Creative Design model car.
Instructions:
- First of all you need to equip yourself. You will need: 1 x V Creative Design printed net for model car 1 x craft knife/scalpel (or scissors but using a knife is easier) 1 x 30cm ruler (preferably a metal one) Glue
- Using the back of the craft knife's blade and the ruler, gently score along the dotted lines. It is easier to do this while the net is fully intact as it saves any fiddly bits later on. Double check you've scored along all the lines before moving on.
- Using the craft knife, cut along the unbroken lines, making sure you include all the numbered tabs. Make sure on tabs 1 and 4, you cut all the way through to the roof section otherwise it will not fold correctly. Also make sure you cut out the bottom panel (black rectangle) as you will need this to complete the model.
- Begin folding along the scored lines paying careful attention to the fold direction. These are marked 'hill fold' (peak) and 'valley fold' (trough).
- Using the numbered tabs begin gluing the net together. Start at 1 and make your way to 8.
